Comments:
All I can say is: PLEASE attend your reunion for the class of 1964. We had ours (class of 1967) last year at Lake Point . . . it was the best one we ever had. We had people attend from all over the U.S. and I will say it was awesome! I had not seen some of our classmates since graduation.
Danny and I stayed at Lake Point, even though my parents live near. Danny (class of 1966) had a great time, too!
I married Pat Martin after graduating from TECH. We had one son, Matthew. We divorced and I was single for almost 14 years. Danny Bowden and I ran into each other in Little Rock, started dating and the rest is history. Several people came from Russellville to Little Rock for our wedding, wanting to see with their own eyes that I married Danny Bowden. You would have never put us together in high school, but we're a good match. We will celebrate our 14th anniversary in June.
Danny retired from the NAVY and is now working for the Corps of Engineers. I retired from teaching after 33 years. Danny has one son, also, Jason Chad Bowden. Chad, Emily, his wife, and precious Sadie, the grandbaby (my heart) live in south Texas. I just wish I could see her more.
