Melanie Titsworth

Melanie Lynn Titsworth, age 44, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Friday, June 5, 
2009, at U.A.M.S., in Little Rock.

A daughter of the late Ralph Cleveland Titsworth Sr., and the late Frances
Magnera Titsworth, she was born November 6, 1964 at Danville, Arkansas. She was
the assistant manager of the North Forty Club. She was preceded in death by her
parents and three sisters, Georgia Bowden, Sheila Titsworth and Toni Covey.

Survivors include two brothers and a sister-in-law: Ralph Titsworth of
Russellville and Robbie and Trish Titsworth of Centerville; three sisters and
two brothers-in-law, Debbie Hubbard, Denise and Ray Foshee of Russellville,and
Cheryl and Doug Welch of Pottsville; a former sister-in-law Nancy Titsworth of
Russellville; one godson Scotty Bowden; an aunt, Rose Miller of California;
numerous nieces and nephews and loving friends including Robert and Patsy Roach,
Marsha Tippit and Marilyn Curtis all of Russellville.

Graveside service and burial will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Pisgah
Cemetery at Pottsville, Arkansas officiated by the Rev. Kelly Pearson, Rev.
Devoe Campbell and Rev. Jim Whitlock. Arrangements are under the direction of
Shinn Funeral Service.

Active pallbearers will be Ben Welch, Jimmy Grice, Darren Sanders, Rocky
Titsworth, John Champagne and Marty Bowden.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.

foster children or Arkansas Diabetes Association.
