Martin Wayne Fields, age 44, of Russellville died Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at his home.
He was born July 19, 1965, at Little Rock to Ray and Fern Bethell Fields. He was preceded in death by his mother, Fern Bethell.
Survivors include his children, Brandy Everette and husband, Jason, of Dardanelle, and Jeffery Fields and Heather Fields, both of Dover; one brother, Roy Bethell of Quitman; and three grandchildren, Lane Everette, Dusty Everette and Waylon Everett, all of Dardanelle.
Cremation arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle.
