Sacramento, California - Valerie Arnette Lexion was born on August 2, 1958 in El Paso, Texas. Valerie graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1976. Valerie earned a B.A. in Journalism from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law. Valerie was preceded in death by her father, Eugene. She leaves to mourn her passing: her mother, Minnie; her brother, Keith; her aunt, Brenda; her uncles; Aubrey, James, Vernon (Kathryn); and a host of cousins and extended family.

Carol Tennison (Nicolos)
Valerie was a wonderful person, inside and out. One of my best friends growing up. We had so much fun together. My mom, brother and I would go over to her house every week to watch Lost in Space, we were all big fans. My heart goes out to her family.
