El Camino High School
Class Of 1962

Welcome to the El Camino High Class Of 1962 web site. Here you will find a lot of interesting information about our class, as well as "profiles" for many of your classmates.  Please click on "classmate profiles", find your name, and enter information about yourself so we can find out where you have been for the past 50 years and what you are up to now.

Our last reunion (the 60th) was held Sept. 25th, 2022, at the Dante Club in Sacramento.  About 50 people attended, and those attending thought it was a great success.  If you want to see pictures taken at the reunion, just click on "photos from the 60th reunion" at the top of the left column on this page.

This website is being maintained to help us stay in touch with each other, and to learn more about each other's lives since High School.  Please take advantage of the site by exploring the profiles that are already posted, fill out your own profile including pictures, and visit the "in memory" section to add remembrances for classmates who have passed away.  We also incourage you to add whatever information or photos is appropriate to other galleries listed on the left side of the page.  If you have any questions, please contact one of the site administrators:  Joe Torgesen (, Ken Stroth (, or Nikke Vanderheydt (Sosnick)

Number of separate visits to site so far is 152,359

The Reunion is behind us and from all reports is was an overwhelming success. Even though it was a small group (50), it was a very good cross section of the Class. From feed back I received, everyone had a great time visiting and reconnecting. The Dante Club provided a very nice and accommodating venue and the food was enjoyable. I'm looking forward to the photo's you post here and I am available to help if necessary. Since Ann and I will be stepping down from future Reunion planning, anyone wishing to take our place will be welcome. Ann, Nikke and I can be available to help. With regards to this website, we plan to keep it up and running as long as we are able, funds are adequate to cover the subscription for several years to come.

Both Ann and I have had a great time planning these events and wish to thank all of your for your support. Take care and be safe. Ken
