 Carol Elliott (Duke)

Born: October 13, 1945
Died: January 22, 2023
Age at Death: 77 years

This  was written by Carol's daughter, Jennifer Duke: She worked in the legal field for 44 or 45 years I believe. The last firm she worked at was Thorsnes, Bartollota, McGuire, she used to be an avid skier when she was younger, went on several trips throughout her life, in the last decade she went to Alaska, Dubai, Hawaii, traveled Europe, several cruises, so many I can't remember them all.  Her last cruise was January, which may have been a Mexican Riviera cruise. She loved traveling. She had myself and my son, her grandson, Douglas who is 26. Her sister Sherry, and brother Kirk. So many friends and family who loved her and will miss her.

My heart goes out to Carol's family and friends. What I remember most about Carol is that she ALWAYS had a big smile on her face and was friendly to everyone. I was saddened to read about her death but she certainly had a full and busy life. I don't believe I hav e seen her in decades but she is not someone you ever forget. Fondly, Carol

I remember how peppy and friendly she was at our last reunion. I was surprised and sad to hear she was gone so soon. She'll be missed at our 60th.

It is said that we die twice:
Ist Time: When we no longer breathe
2nd Time: When our name is no longer spoken
It is great that we can have a site like this that our classmates are remembered and do not leave us for the second time
