Jeff passed away at home in Sacramento Nov 29, 2011. He was born in Sacramento, CA on Jan 6, 1945 to June and Vernon Marx who were both native Sacramentans that preceded him in death.

Jeff left us to spend Christmas and eternity with his beloved wife of 37 years Bobbi (Barbara) who passed away this last August.

Jeff is survived by his sister & brother in law Debbie & Gary Byrom, nieces Misty Ewing-Davis and Rena Richards, grandniece Jessica Lewis.

Jeff worked in the Media Department for the Almond Growers in his early years; he left to become the Media Rep for SMUD. Upon his retirement from SMUD he started a new career in Real estate and for a number of years were a contributing writer and photographer to Electrical News, an industry leading newspaper. Jeff loved to spend time at his hobby making beautiful wood products. He and Bobbi traveled often to their favorite vacation spots, Carmel Ca. and The Islands of Hawaii.
