Sacramento, California - Lynne Teron (nee Anderson) passed peacefully on March 26th, 2024, after a brief illness. 

Born in San Francisco in 1945, she moved to Sacramento as a child and called the River City home for the rest of her life. A beloved teacher of more than 30 years, Lynne built lifelong friendships with her treasured colleagues at Hollywood Park Elementary School and touched the lives of countless students, many who returned to visit her as adults when registering their own children for school. 

Lynne is preceded in death by her father, Earl, mother, Marjorie, sister, Gayle, and brothers, Russ and Rick. She is at last reunited with Fred, her husband of 50 years, who passed away in 2019 and is undoubtedly overjoyed to cook for her again. She is survived in abundant love by her two children, Cindy and Greg, extended family, and numerous friends. Per her wishes, no services will be held. A celebration of her life will take place later this year.
