Roger was a friend and great person. I remember him well and recall skiing with him a couple of time in Tioga Ski Club.. Again, so sad to loose another classmate.

Yes Bill, Roger was a really great guy. One of the nicest fellows at CK. Glad you remember Tioga Ski Club. What an experience for us all. Was it a myth that some people had brought along big round oranges that had earlier been injected with vodka? I'm not sure one way or another, but how could my imagination make it up? Let's say a prayer for Roger's family, as we know for sure no prayers are needed for him, for he will be up there with the people who rock big time in the Lord's universe.

I too remember sitting with Roger on Tioga bus rides , I was never good enough to ski with him. He was always in a good mood and a real stand up guy. RIP, my friend...

I reconnected with Roger when he enlisted. I had forgotten what a genuinely nice individual he was. Sorry to see him pass. The class of 63 loses another: We need to draw closer.

Wow, a terrible surprise. Roger and I met at MCClatchy and we both skieed all over the Donner Tahoe Ski areas. We had a great time together although after high school we went our seperate ways. I reconnected with Roger some years ago but this is a real shock. A gentleman and a wonderful human being. I will miss him.

It is always sad to read of another classmates passing. Yet we seem to be at that stage of our lives. While I did not know Roger well in high school he was always kind, said hi, and cared.
As Lytal said we need to gather, share memories old and new. Diane Malone
