I grew up with Lawrence as well at Morley Elementary school with his sister,Starla. We would always play together with other friends and when he got older of course he would just play with they boys and me with the girls. When we got older I would see him all the time and I would always give him a hug. Lawrence was a nice guy. The girls used to always flirt with him, I told him it was because he had a "big booty"and he would tell me the only reason why guys flirted with me was because of my "big titties"... LOL....we had good times. Lawrence is missed by all of us. We love you.
His death kind of hit me a little hard because he used to write me when I was in Germany. The last letter I got from him was him bragging about driving me around in his car. I miss him a lot.
THE DEATH OF LAWRENCE HIT VERY CLOSE TO HOME FOR ME. AS EVERYONE KNEW @ THAT TIME I WAS EMPLOYED BY THE FUNERAL HOME AND LOW AND BEHOLD I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO GO AND PICK UP "JUICE". THAT WAS ALWAYS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I HATED ABOUT THAT FIELD, HAVING TO WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS THAT I KNEW. IT WAS A VERY HURTING THING. ONE OF THE THINGS I NEVER GOT OVER TOBE COMPLETELY HONEST.
