Bob was a classmate of mine at McBrite School in the Township.  We were part of the last installment of kids bussed into Arthur Hill before McArthur HS opened; that's why the Class of 1964 was so big (more than 900 IIRC!). I remember partnering with him to raise the flag at McBrite!

Such a kind gentle soul! We were in the same science classes. He, brother, Jim and sons, Steve and Rick spent time together at the Service Station deciding the best way to solve a vehicle problem. They, too, worked on our granddaughter's car to get it running and prolong it's life. It was always enjoyable to watch them working on our car and explain what was wrong and fix it.
I tried to get Bob to attend one of our reunions, but he never would.
Great memories of wonderful person.
