Karen was a photographer on the yearbook staff. She was valued for her creativity both with a camera and a guitar. She was also good-humored and blessed with a sense of humor. I was saddened to learn of her passing.
I remember Karen in my pre-teen years and her guitar playing at that time. Funny, but I believe it was the first time I heard "Scotch and Soda" played and sung. She lived on a short street off Thurman near Mackinaw, I'm thinking. Nice to see your post, GAK!
