Donald Whitmill
October 7, 1958 - September 16, 2007

Don passed away Sunday, September 16, 2007 at his residence at the age of 48 years. Donald was born in Saginaw, Michigan on October 7, 1958 the son of the late Alvin Lloyd and Ruth Lillian (Kuhn) Whitmill. Donald was a 1976 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. He worked for CBI Copy Products since 1984.

He was very active in long distance bicycle riding, having traveled 1000's of miles over an eighteen year span. His love of baseball prompted him to stop on many of his bicycle trips and watch a local game in progress. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and dreamed of someday owning/riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Don is survived by his two daughters, Jessica and Kerra, whom he loved dearly; their mother, Diana Kundinger; two brothers, Kenneth and Gordon Whitmill; his niece, Tiffany; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his very dear friend and riding partner, Ken (Darla) Buckland.

The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 20, 2007 at W.L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Larry Osweiler will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
