Brian Keith Senn

Brian Keith Senn, 67, of Essexville, our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and dear friend, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Covenant Heathcare Cooper. Brian was born on June 25, 1958, the son of the late Keith and Rita (Marchlewicz) Senn.

Brian graduated from Arthur Hill High School class of 1976, where his passion for life began to flourish. Brian served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He dedicated himself to a career as a maintenance supervisor at Central Michigan University, where he was known not only for his hard work but also for his humor and caring nature. He touched the lives of many through his commitment and friendship and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Brian lived a life full of love, laughter, and joyful memories that will forever be cherished by his family and friends.

As a husband to his devoted wife, the former Diane Bartkowiak, for 41 wonderful years, Brian demonstrated his unwavering love and support. Together, they built a life filled with adventure and joy, often traveling to campsites or enjoying the thrill of the casino. He was a proud and doting grandfather who reveled in the company of his grandchildren at all of their sporting events. He filled their lives with laughter, guidance, and unforgettable memories.

Brian is survived by his wife Diane; children, Chris Davis and wife Ruth Paster-Davis, Lisa Lynch and husband Brad, Shannon Jones and Jason Doud; grandchildren, Ivan and Franklin Davis, Bryson, Evan, and Addy Lynch, and Avery Jones; his brother, Mark Senn and wife Pat; his in-laws, Richard and wife Vickie Bartkowiak and Debbie and husband Craig Coppinger; several nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Brian was preceded in death by his sister, Sue Leblanc. Each family member carries a piece of his spirit within them, reflecting the love he shared with all.

Brian's family will be present to receive visitors on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 2:00 PM until Brian's 4:00 PM Life Celebration at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 821 N. Pine Rd., between Ridge & Center with Rev. Joseph Atchinson officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to Brian's House.
