Patricia Jayne Heintz

Cedar Park, TX - Our beloved Patty, passed away on April 5, 2021, in the loving company of her husband Dave and sons, John and Kevin. She was a beautiful woman in every sense of the word, both inside and out. She was born on August 4th, 1950 to Chuck and Isabel (Liz) Brown in Hancock, Michigan. She was the oldest sister to her six brothers and sisters, Eric Brown, may he rest in peace (wife Debbie), Mary Abbenante (husband Dave), Kevin Brown, Chris Brown (wife Sandy), Lisa Delgado (husband Randy), and Annie Jansing (husband John).

Patty was married to Dave on August 14th, 1971 and this is their 50th year of marriage. Patty was a proud and loving Mom to her sons, John and Kevin (and wife Kristen), and grandmother (Grammy) to her six wonderful grandkids, Gabe, Gwen and Griffin, as well as Haley, Drew and Jack. She is now resting and playing together with Gabe in heaven.

Patty will be remembered as an incredible Mom to so many, as she always thought of others before herself. She had a grace and elegance and a witty sense of humor that will be missed dearly. She was part-time “doctor”, decorator, shrink, fashionista, and friend to so many of us, but, not so much a part-time chef. We loved her anyway.

We grieve to no longer have Patty with us, but, are so thankful for the gift of knowing her. While she suffered much of her life with multiple auto-immune diseases, she always made the most of her “good” days to focus on her family and make everyone else feel special, feel cared for, and she always left us laughing. Even in her final days, she gave us the gift of her time, to allow us to come together as a family and support her and each other in love. We will be celebrating her life later this Spring with a memorial gathering in Austin, TX. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for any support as a donation in Patty’s name for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
