 Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 16, 2010 at her home. She was 61 years old. JoAnn Mikoleizik was born on January 28, 1949, in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Alex Louis and Margaret Esther (Mahoney) Mikoleizik. She is survived by one brother, Robert L. (Darlene K.) Mikoleizik.
