James A. Vincent,

Saginaw, Michigan.

 Beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center Cooper. Age 72 years. Son of the late James G. and Alice (Clark) Vincent, James was born March 28, 1949 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. James married Connie J. Prueter, his loving wife of 52 years on March 21, 1970. She survives him. James was a machine repairman at Saginaw Steering Gear retiring in 2000 after 32 years of service. He was a member of Valley Trail Riders Motorcycle Club, and enjoyed spending time in the woods and tinkering in the garage.

 Surviving besides his wife Connie are two sons, Charles and Kelly Vincent, Forest Lake, Minnesota; David and Kelly Vincent, Troy; a daughter-in-law, Amie Vincent; six grandchildren, James, Christian, Jacob, Claire, Zachary, and Emily; two sisters, Jean Burk, Saginaw; Ruth Masker, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews.  James was preceded in death by his son, James Charles “J.C.” Vincent and one brother, Mike Vincent.

 Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty)Saginaw. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with Military Services conducted by American Legion Post #439. Interment will take place 1:30 p.m. Thursday in AuGres Sims Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home, where the family will be present on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
