So sorry that he had to go through so much suffering. So happy that he is in heaven with his Savior. May the Lord give you his family peace.

Sorry to hear about Dave's passing.  He was fairly quiet in high school, but so was I.  So very glad to hear he had such a strong faith and now he is enjoying all the blessings of heaven.  Sherry Hartman Mau

My sincere condolences to all of Dave's loved ones. He was a good classmate while we were at MLS. And I am certain that our Lord shared His blessings with many through the good heart and life of Dave after high school.

Dave's and my "connection" at MLS was limited - after all, like, Sherry said, he was quiet. Dave and I were on the tumbling team together our Junior year. We never competed; but we had a couple of exhibitions: during halftime of a home BB game, and once at a father-son banquet at a church.

One day at practice, we were goofing off with "kip-ups." When Dave did his, his legs snapped down very quickly, but the trunk of his body lagged behind, and, maintaining his balance, he was parallel to the mat, with his feet under him. Somehow he managed to right himself - extremely strong thigh & torso muscles!

What a joy it is to think on memories like these, knowing that our greatest joy is to be with our Savior, where He will make all things new by His grace. What Dave has now, may our Savior graciously grant to us all in His time! Blessed be his memory!
