Hello again classmates,

Iam plugging away on our reunion,  hope to have all final details done by the end of the month.

But, we are still short 182 classmates, so please if you know where they are please let them to know to sign on to our class web site mckay80.com so I can make sure they get the lastest info.

Iam in touch with Statesman Journal and they will be puting some in the paper soon.

As for local radio stations, I need a few of the most popular ones so if you could email them to spread the word.  And any other way of getting the word out.  Mckay also has this information so if other classmates call the school they will know how to reach me. I have placed annoucments on classmates.com,mckay alumni website.  I have gone on facebbok to email all classmate on there, also facebook.

1.    Now down to fun part of our reunion, as you most know we are having a reunion at Mckay on saturday, july 24 so what i need to know is would you like it catered? Or an old fashion BBQ with hambergers and hot dogs and for those who would like vegie burgers, and bring pot luck? And if you choose pot luck I will set up asign up sheet for dishes.

2.  And if there was one person you havent seen in a very long time who would that be?

3.  Do we have any classmates into doing some entertainment for fun?  I am open for any ideas.

4. And if you want something planned for saturday night let know also, or we can plan that at lunch at mckay.

Please let me know ASAP.

1. My vote is for potluck all the way.  Rather than an over-catered or overworked barbeque unless someone likes the idea of doing the cooking.  If potluck then i vote for a no stress potluck where everyone feels welcome to just grab something from the store along the way or bring their favorite dish.

2.  The classmates i want to see the most are Ron Lockwood and Kami Greear.  I haven't seen either of you since leaving Salem :) .  If i knew for sure you are both going to make it then i would makes sure i can get away from my summer job at Wallowa Lake for the reunion. It would also be great to see some old faces from the English class and the history class!

3.  This may sound strange to some but i have had lots of success warming people up in a social atmosphere with European style board games.  they are a great way to get used to each other with out having to talk about the weather.  I have a collection of non-threatening, fun, 20 minute games that can get strangers smiling :) - so i could bring a stack of those for the brave class mates :)
