Penny J. Phillips Birdsong Obituary

Penny J. Birdsong, 69, died Feb. 14, 2025 at the KU Medical Center, Kansas City, KS. She was born Sept 29, 1955, in Salina, KS, the daughter of Leonard and Bernetta (Cooley) Phillips. 

Memorial services at Salina First United Methodist Church will be announced following her cremation. The family will receive friends at Ryan Mortuary from 4 until 6 p.m. on Monday evening, February 17, 2025.
