Sharolyn and I were friends for many years. My Dad always told me that a person is very fortunate if they can count their true friends on one hand. Sharolyn was one of those friends to me and I hope I was to her. She was always upbeat with a beautiful smile on her face. She passed away March 1, 2011 after battling cancer for over five years. It was evident by the large crowd at her memorial service, that she was very much loved and had touched many lives. She was married to Hank Brillhart and a Mother to his son, Jeremy.
