Ralph Donald Campbell died December 9, 2003, at Memorial Mission Hospital, in Asheville, North Carolina.  He attended East Carolina University and was an estimator engineer for KCB Construction of Asheville.  A son, Ralph Donald Campbell, Jr., predeceased him in January of 1976.  He was survived by a son, John Kyle Campbell, daughters, Shirley Campbell Williams, Margaret Elizabeth Campbell, and Sarah Campbell Donaldson, a brother, Bill Campbell, and a sister, Peggy Campbell Jolly.
