Peter Sandoval 1952 ~ 2011

Peter Sandoval, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away October 7, 2011, in Salt Lake City surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born September 20, 1952 in Salt Lake City, UT to Max and Juanita Sandoval.

Peter married Phyllis Marie Lambros; July 23, 1976 in Elko, NV.

Pete worked for Utah Power and Light, with 39 years of dedicated service.

Pete's love of music will live on forever through his children and grandchildren.

Pete enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.

He was an avid collector of baseball cards and memorabilia.

One of Pete's favorite past times was spending time with his children and grandchildren, exploring museums and enjoying popcorn at the theater.

Survived by his wife, Phyllis; children; Yvonne, Josh (Amy), Jessica, DJ; Grandchildren, JayCee, Jade, Jewlyun, Aviana, KyAunna, Asia; Son-in-Law; Casey Fillmore; brothers and sisters, Ernestine, Gilbert, Carl, Max Jr., Anita, Jennie, Elaine, Samuel, Nathan, Patricia, Jacob, Andrew, Daniel, Rebecca, Jennifer, Rosellen.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; brother Jerry; infant twin brother and sister, Joseph and Mary; Niece, Trisha Marie Beristain.

His family wishes to express special Thanks to Max and Brenda Sandoval for their countless hours of support and love over the past two years.

There will be a viewing held on Thursday evening, October 13th at Discovery Christian Community Church located at 5929 South 900 East from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

A viewing prior to the funeral service will start at 10:00 am on Friday, October 14th at the church.

The funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Graveside service will take place at Salt Lake City Cemetery located at 200 "N" Street.
