Jonathan Jeffery Cochran died in London, England on 2 October 1994 following a courageous battle with AIDS.  Jeff was born 10 November 1962 in Cumberland, Maryland to Jerry and Dorothy Cochran, now of Salt Lake City, Utah.  In 1981, he graduated from Highland High School in Salt Lake, where he displayed his talents in Music and working with people.  Prior to embarking on a successful modeling career in Europe, he attended the University of Utah.

In recent years, Jeff served as personal assistant to the chairman of one of the world’s largest tradeshow companies.  He was currently president of Jeffery Cochran International, Ldt., acting as a travel and seminar consultant in the corporate field.  From New York to India and Russia to South Africa, his friends and clients could depend upon excellence and tender loving care when personally escorted by the master- “Only the best will do.”  Heaven is sure to be better organized and a more exciting place to be, now that the tour and party director has arrived.

Jeff and his parents have enjoyed many years of support and love from friends, clients and family wish to express appreciation to those who have carried us in their hearts and prayers throughout his life and in particular the last few years.  Words cannot express how important you all were and are.  “The measure of a man is not wealth but ideals, love and the memories left behind.”  Jeff has left his mark with us all.

Jef is survived by his parents; a brother, Jim (wife, Judy) and Jim’s children, Amy, Jeremy, and Katherine, who dearly loved Uncle Jeff.
