Craig A. Balderas Miller

Craig A. Balderas Miller 1972 ~ 2007 Craig Miller passed away Nov. 17, 2007 after a short battle with cancer. Though enduring tremendous pain, he continued to work almost to the end; never one to be remiss about his commitments. He had a difficult time saying goodbye. Craig was born on the I-15 freeway on Jan. 31, 1972 to Marta Balderas. He was the adored grandson of Eduardo and Rhea Balderas. Craig attended Highland High School; playing football and soccer. An avid 49er's fan, he loved sporting events. He was a manager at KFC, Wendy's and Harmon's. He married Mahala Cook, later divorced. Learning to be independent at an early age, he was a dependable, hard worker; rarely asking for much and accepting life as it came to him. He cherished spending time with family and friends. His Christ-like qualities of a kind heart, unconditional love, and forgiveness were inspiring. Craig is survived by the families of Robert, Dan and Sam Balderas and Mel and Ana Hastings. He held a special place in his heart for the Larry and Barbara Baker family and his cat, Max. Preceded in death by his mother, Marta, and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the LDS Riverside 4th Ward, 5200 S. 700 W. The family will greet visitors one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 Memory Lane (2000 E.), Holladay, UT. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.holbrookmortuary.com
