Steven Keith Hancock 1952 ~ 2008 Steven Keith Hancock passed away October 9, 2008, in Bountiful, Utah.Steve was born December 23, 1952, in Salt Lake City, Utah to E. Keith and La Rita Hancock. He married Sherry Begent in Salt Lake City, they were later divorced. They have two children, Staci and Brandon. He married Elisa Kreitli in Denver, CO, they were later divorced. He married Trudy Ann Line, in Denver, CO, they were later divorced. They have a son, Steven. Steve married Kelly Kelley in Billings, MT. Steve's greatest joy was time spent with his children and grandchildren. He had a great love for the outdoors and especially the Beartooth area and Wind River Country. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching sports, especially the Denver Broncos. Steve is survived by his parents, of Bountiful; his children, Staci (Robert) Chapman of Riverton; Brandon (Stephanie) Carr, of Lakepoint; and Steven Wayne Hancock, of Billings, MT; seven grandchildren; brothers, Eldon (Vickie) Hancock of Phoenix, AZ; Dave (Kiz) Hancock of Riverton; Gene Hancock of Bountiful; sister Jeanie (John) Offret of American Fork; Judy (Mark) Williams of West Jordan. Preceded in death by sister, Linda Robbins. Steve was a wonderful dad, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He was loved very much by his family and will be greatly missed. A family memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2008 in Bountiful, Utah. Steve's wish is to have his ashes scattered in the Beartooth area of Montana.

I had no idea Steve passed away. In high school we both worked at the Capitol theater. One time he stole my keys, i chased him down the foyer to the front doors. Too bad when he pushed the door it did not open, he ran through the plate glass door. Yes, stitches were required.
