CONNIE SEAL OBITUARY

Connie Jean Bolton Seal, age 67 returned home to the arms of her loving Heavenly Father and loved ones on the morning of December 23, 2022. She passed away after nearly three months of fighting a rare brain infection. She was born on September 3, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Gene and Maxine Bolton. She married the love of her life, Randal Seal on August 22, 1974 for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. She and her husband raised their family in Sandy and have lived in Draper for the past 14 years.

Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a proud mother of three Eagle Scouts and one daughter that received her Young Womanhood Recognition.

Connie Graduated from Brighton High School in 1973, she was on the drill team and member of the pep club.

Connie was a devout disciple of Jesus Christ, daughter of God, and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a unique gift of knowing how to serve people and possessed the true love of Christ. She served as Young Woman's president twice, multiple callings in the primary and served in various positions in the relief society. She and Randy served as service missionaries in South Salt Lake. She also worked in the Draper Temple. Her most recent calling was in primary teaching CTR 4. She loved each one of the children.

Mom would do anything for her children. She made each person feel special, that their opinion was valued, and they were "her favorite". She liked to have things perfect and loved to plan parties. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She liked to plan every detail right down to the way the house smelled.

For the last 22 years of her life nothing was more important than her grandchildren. "I have no greater joy than to hear that my [grand]children walk in truth." 3 John 1:4. Connie's desire in life was to have an eternal family and to be together forever.

Connie is survived by her husband of 48 years Randal, parents Gene and Maxine Bolton, four children, Matthew (Teresa); Brian (Natalie); Nathan (Brandi); Crystal (Andy) Gold; 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her grandson Matthew Caleb Seal, brothers Steven Bolton and David Bolton, mother-in-law Elaine Seal, and father-in-law Stanley Seal. The family would like to thank all the medical professionals at St. Mark's Hospital, Utah Valley Specialty Hospital, and Neurorestorative.

A viewing will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel located at 348 Manti Drive, Draper, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel located at 348 Manti Drive, Draper, Utah with a viewing from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the services. Interment to follow at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
