Colleen Bitter Addie 11/5/54 ~ 7/21/03 Colleen Bitter Addie, born 5 Nov. 1954, in Salt Lake City, Utah, beloved daughter of Grant Bunderson Bitter and Margery Louise Beard, died 21 July 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Colleen graduated from Brighton High School. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in California. She was employed for several years by Utah Power and Light Company and for several recent years at the U.S. Postal Service. She married Peadair Addie, 13 July 1988, in the Salt Lake Temple, and they lived in West Valley City and California. Her father, Grant, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, son, Stuart Alexander, stepson, P.J., step-daughter, Meagen, mother, Margery; sisters, Marcia (Jim) King, Celia (Thomas) Hansen, Jennifer, Maureen (Steven) Ross, brothers, Merrill (Diane), Whitney (Julie), Kimball (Suzanne), Warren (Ann), 24 nieces and nephews, 19 grand-nephews and nieces. She was loved by everyone. Funeral services will be held, Friday, July 25, 2003, at the Brighton Fourth Ward, Bengal Blvd, 7600 South, 2300 East, at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held in Colleen's honor from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Arrangements are being made by Cannon Mortuary. Burial, Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South, 1700 East.
