Obituary for Kim Crouch Holzworth

Kim Crouch-Holzworth passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023, at the age of 67, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a beloved family member who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Born in Salt Lake City in 1955, Kim lived a life filled with her passions of reading, travel, and puppy dogs. She was known for her quick wits and sass, which charmed everyone she met.

Kim Crouch-Holzworth leaves behind her two brothers, Milne Crouch and Andrew Crouch, and their spouses, children, and grandchildren. She is happily reunited in heaven with her cherished dog, Molly, and her parents.

A celebration of life for family and close friends will be held at Premier Funeral Services in Midvale, UT on Tuesday May 2nd at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Humane Society of Utah in memory of Kim.

Rest in peace, Kim. You will be dearly missed but always remembered.
