Terri was one of my pep club secret sisters for football our senior year in high school. She and her pep club partner in crime and good friend, Jana were the greatest. I know I thanked them--though never to the extent they deserved--nor did I show them appreciation by reciprocating in any way. It was some time after their death that I heard about it. I have long felt sad that I did not appreciate the extent to which Teri and Jana (and so many others) contributed to my positive memories in HS. So, here is a long overdue and sadly posthumous thanks to my classmate and friend.
