Max Christiansen **

Max Clark Christiansen 1948 ~ 2010 Our husband, father, grandfather and friend who we admire and adore has passed on to the great fishing hole in the sky on April 8, 2010. He was born June 15, 1948, to Melvin and Vearl Eliza (Clark) Christiansen in Roosevelt, UT, and married the love of his life, Harriet Christiansen on January 25, 1972. They shared their lives together for 38 years, loved their three children and enjoyed the lives of nine grandchildren and nine great-grand-children. He will be remembered as a family man; first and foremost with courage, strength, a quirky sense of humor and seeing the good in every situation. He served his country in Vietnam, had a knack for writing poetry and absolutely loved his five rail shots. He touched the lives of many, teaching life lessons and inspiring others. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 13th, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale. Celebration of his life will be from 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. at The Woods (6775 South 900 East) Tuesday evening.
