Thomas "Gregory" Himstreet was born April 10, 1948 , Salt Lake City Utah and died July 2, 1975 San Diego California, age 27. He was the son of Edward T. and Betty Himstreet. Greg was educated in Salt Lake City and a 1966 graduate of East High School.

Just out of high school on August 22, 1966 Greg joined the United States Marines and rose to the rank of Sargent.

Greg is buried in San Diego, California at the El Camino Memorial Park.
