I was married to Karren for 5 years and she is truly a great and beautiful woman. We had Robbie 48, and Travis 46 together. They have turned into tremendous men. Robbie an Accounting graduate at the U of U working for a huge corporation, and Travis retired recently as a Sgt. for Salt Lake County Sherriff's Canyon Patrol and will probably be Alta's next Sheriff.

We always had a good relationship throughout the years and were great friends at the end of her life..

Mark-what a gracious comment about your lives together.  No wonder she married you.  I am pleased to read that the two of you could still console during her illness.  You are a teddy bear Mark and she was fortunate to have you along through that pathway of life.

I was shocked to hear this about Karen. I had a crush on her and we would talk alot in seminary. I was to shy to ask her out. But I'm glad she ended up with you Mark. She deserved a good man.

Beatiful Karren. I lived only 4 houses away from her.  One time I finially got the courage in 5th grade to ask her if I could walk her home.  She said yes but I don't think I said much all the way home.  She was in my ward so I saw her most Sundays.  Wonder how life world have been different if I were to have persued her.  (However Mark got in the way first and married her).  You must have had as many ups as downs while you were with her.  She was a great person..
