Our beloved husband and father, Steven Ray Gold died December 2, 1996 at his home in West Jordan.

Born January 1, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Floyd Abraham John and Charlotte Marie Schulz Gold. Married Sandra Rich, May 26, 1969, later divorced. Married Marie Van Wagoner Sharp, Feb. 18, 1995. He worked for the United States Post Office for more than 27 years in various capacities, the last of which was Senior Operations Analyst in Salt Lake City. He loved sharing all types of sports with his family, especially water skiing, snow skiing, hunting and fishing. He also loved working with computers.Survived by wife Marie; son, Anthony Steven (Ashley) Gold of Murray; daughter, Cantryce Gold (Terry) Tidwell of Kearns; stepson, Kevin Michael Sharp; brother, Gordon V. (Linda) Gold; sisters, Janet (Mrs. Douglas Stevens) of Aurora, CO., Nancy (Mrs. Dennis N. McFall) of Draper. Preceded in death by his parents, Floyd A. and Charlotte Marie Gold.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 4, 1996, 11 a.m. Friends may call Tues, Dec. 3rd from 6-8 p.m. and Wed. 9:45-10:45 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South.
