Retired from St. Mark's Hospital with an as required status to maintain my Nursing License. Finally getting to work on my "To Do" lists.
Working with the Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention Committee to host the 2019 Convention in the Church Conference Center.
Quadruple Cardiac Bypass 1996 followed by six marathons to see if it worked
I'm staying active doing construction work and maintaining the First Baptist Church on 800 South and 1300 East. I have at least one more marathon to complete as my post Medicare accomplishment. I'll share my Hockey Days by watching my oldest son play and relax on the sidelines while the grandkids play Soccer and perform gymnastics.
Still singing Barbershop and gearing up for the International Convention in Salt lake in July 2019. There is still singing after high school. It would be great to have old classmates come join the chorus.
I'm looking forward to the 55 year reunion.
I went back to Utah to finish my nursing degree. It only took 55 years but I finished with honors, complete a long goal.

Moved from 1018 East 100 South (East High School) Oct 31 1965 to 2541 Glenmare Street. It was difficult to move to a rival high school in the middle of my Junior year. It took until my Senior year to make friends and come around to faithfully supporting Highland. My dad died 22 days after we moved and I struggled academically but managed to graduate thanks to the support from friends I had made over the summer and during my senior year.
I really enjoyed my shop classes and laughed out loud when Mr. Southwell would sent would send a new sophomore to Mr. Diamond's class to get the board stretcher because he forgot to measure twice and cut once.
I'm fully retired, but maintaining my license while keeping busy with family remodeling projects. Survived a heart attack in Nov 2024 and back keeping active. You don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving. That motto and family keep me motivated.
