Barbara and I were life long friends and at Highland enjoyed Jr. Choir, A'Capella and Pep Club together as well as being pick pockets in Oliver. She was a friend to all, always made me smile and will be sorely missed.
Barbara was my first girl friend. I had a crush on her when I was 8 years old at Garfield Elementary. We remained friends throughout high school. I lost track of her until a chance meeting at the VA Hospital where she was working. She will always be my friend. It is comforting for me to know that life is eternal, that death does not end our existence, and that we can once again be with our friends. Patrick Casaday
