Damn,

Dennis and I played about a 1000 games of softball together after high school (along with Gene Harris). We might of even shared a beer or two along the way. He was a good man and a good friend. I,m sorry to hear he passed away.

I worked with Denny on the fire dept. What a blast when we worked together. He had an infectious laugh, usually after pranking the newbies. RIP good friend.

Denny and I played one summer of Little League Baseball together.  He was catching and I was pitching. He got to close to a batter one game and the batter swung and hit the back of Denny's mit and broke his finger. He kept playing. He didn't miss a game. He wasn't a rough kid, but he was a tough kid. We were childhood friends, through our parents, and spent a lot of time together. He was a really nice guy.  I known a lot of people I couldn't say that about. We lost touch after our parents stopped hanging out together but seeing his picture confirms my feeling. Denny was very nice person which fits his career of taking care of people.
