Thanks to Debbie's brother Duane for reaching out, we have a little more information on her passing. Debbie Lee Jennings was born on 4 October 1961, in Utah, United States as the daughter of Cloyd and Jeanette. Jennings. She died on 16 March 1989, in her hometown, at the age of 27, and was buried in Millcreek (Wasatch Lawns), Salt Lake, Utah, United States.

I remember Debbie as kind and compassionate. She was not a complainer, even the times she wasnt feeling well.  I always admired her optimistic attitude. She was a positive force for good.
