Allyson Jensen (Egbert)

Our beloved Frank Mahler was tragically taken from us on May 30, 2001, in Salt Lake City, UT. Frank was born on March 21, 1962 in Heil-bronn, Germany, and immigrated with his family to the United States at age 2. He married his best friend and companion of many years, Anita Lindberg Mahler on Oct. 31, 1998. Frank greatly loved all his children and stepchildren: Alex Jepsen, Morgen Mahler, Stephinee Mahler, Monica Mahler, Christopher (Amanda) Fierro, Emily Fierro, Jesse (Stephanie) Fierro and John Fierro, currently serving an LDS mission in Argentina. Frank's greatest regret in life was not being able to spend more time with his little girls, Morgen and Stephinee. Frank is survived by his wife Anita, children and stepchildren, parents Heinz L. and Lore Mahler, grandmother Helene Ruckh, brother Heinz J. (Nancy) Mahler, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Frank had a big, generous and tender heart and was always willing to help without question. Frank donated his organs to improve the lives of others, as his final gesture of giving. He greatly loved and cared for animals, particularly his pets, Max, Shadow, Lucy, Cedric, Ricky, Jasmine, Raven, Sasha and George. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 4, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City. "With every ending comes a new beginning. Within death, there is a promise of rebirth." Frank you will always be our hero. You are greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
