H. Rulon (Trey) Stocking, age 30, passed away on Oct. 12, 1992 after a long and courageous battle with diabetes.

Born March 26, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah to H. Rulon and Rosalie Glass Stocking. Attended Highland High School and graduated from High School in Billings, Montana. Attended Rocky Mtn. College in Billings, Mont. and Weber State College.Married Debbie Harrison, Sept. 19, 1984. Later divorced. Member of LDS Church. Active in sports, with a love for basketball, tennis and golf. His career as a retail store manager was enhanced by his enjoyment of people. Trey had a great sense of humor, loved life, and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Survivors: father, H. Rulon Stocking, Jr. and wife Gayle; mother, Rosalie G. Larson and husband Bruce; two sisters, Mrs. Randy (Leslie Ann) Allen and Mrs. James (Christine) White; step brothers and sisters, John B. Larson; Bruce M. Larson; Jennifer Gardner; Paula Jo Miller; and Lance Reynolds; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon H. Stocking. Preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Glass.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12 Noon, October 15, 1992 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Drive, where friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions to the American Diabetes Association of Utah, 643 East 400 South, SLC., UT 84102.

A special thanks to the Midvale Dialysis Center, the University Hospital Doctors and nurses who attended Trey.
