Obituary for Barbara Graham Services for Barbara Graham, age 54 of Lindale, are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale with Pastor Marion Burgess officiating. Interment will be 11:00 AM Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery. Barbara passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at a Tyler hospital. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on February 21, 1962 to Jay and Marba (Roach) Zabriskie. As a child, Barbara moved around due to her Dad being a Major and a Dr. in the United States Army. She was formerly of Dallas before moving to Lindale in 2006. She was also a member of the Swan Woodsprings United Methodist Church. Barbara was an avid quilter with a great talent. She loved making and giving away baby quilts to family and friends. Barbara also enjoyed scrapbooking. She was passionate about educating young children especially in reading. Barbara had an extensive library of children’s books. This lead to her current enrollment at Letourneau University where she was pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Jay Zabriskie in 1974 and a sister Jeanette Noyes in 2013. She is survived by her loving husband, Kyle Graham of Lindale; daughter and son-in-law, Annie and Clay Price of Whitehouse; son, Max Taylor of Lindale; 4 sisters, Diane Brown of Seattle, Washington; Karen Zabriskie of Salt Lake City, Utah; Amy Cutler of Salt Lake City, Utah; and Anne Norton of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale.
