Jeffrey Lynn Sachs

August 8, 1951 – July 17, 2026

Jeffrey Lynn Sachs, husband, father, and grandpa, passed away July 17, 2026, in Eagle Mountain, UT. He was born August 8, 1951, in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah to parents Alma and Lois Sachs. Jeffrey is eldest brother to Jamie Lea Sachs (Mimi); Jill Newman; Jan Leah Sachs; and Jon Sachs.

Jeffrey served as a beloved member of the LDS church and a proud member of the Army. He attended Morningside Elementary, Wasatch Jr., and Skyline High School. In his early years, Jeffrey loved building homes with his father. He attended Weber State College and graduated with Honors. He dedicated his life to serving others as a Radiation Therapist and treating cancer. Jeffrey found joy spending time with his friends and eating ice cream. He had a passion for the theater (Sawdust) and collecting, talking machines, coins, stamps, comic books, and antiques.

He is survived by his beautiful wife Lori Sachs, children, Eric Sachs (Julia); Heather Barton (Russ); Carl Sachs (Suzzie); Kirk Sachs (Makkela); Ellery Sachs (Jade); Laura Goodell (Danial); Terry Sachs; Amanda Sachs (Zach Hensler). 25 Grandkids and 15 Great Grandkids. Preceded in death by his sister: Jamie Lea Sachs (Mimi); Mother: Lois Sachs; Father: Alma Sachs; daughter: Tamara Kinnick.
