James Maddox

 James William (Moose) Maddox, age 21, of San Antonio, died Monday, June 5, 1989. He was a resident of San Antonio for 12 years. He was one of the best outfielders in softball in the state, was most valuable player and was a San Antonio All-Star. Survivors include his parents, John and Carolyn Maddox, III of San Antoino; grandmothers, Johnanna Bose of Lake Wilson, Minn. and Lucille Maddox of Ft. Dodge, Iowa; sisters and brothers-in-law, Renae and Jerry Turley of San Antonio, Susan and Travis Simmons of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., Debra And Richard Ladwig of San Antonio, Tammy Walters and Jake Spinks of Kingsville; brother and sister-in-law; Jay W. and Lisa Maddox of San Antonio; 13 nieces; and nephews; girlfriend, Wyndee Young of San Antonio. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 8, 1989 at 10am at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge Drive, with the Reverend Louis Redmann, of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North.

James was killed in an automobile accident.

Jacqueline Missita (Hoffer)

James was a great guy loved sitting next to him in english class..not a day goes by i don't think about him   rest in peace  god bless   Jacqueline Missita Hoffer
