Herbert Henry Fields, Sr., born on March 16, 1924 in San Antonio, Texas, went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2006 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 82. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty Mae Fields; 5 children, Herbert Henry Fields, Jr. and wife, Ann, Wallace Eugene Fields and wife, Janell, Allen Lee Fields and wife, Paulette, Mark Anthony Fields and Theresa Elaine Fields; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 4 sisters.
