Robert "Bob" Charles Herbsleb, age 68, passed away on April 15, 2014 in Corinth, Texas. He was born on August 29, 1945 in San Antonio, Tx. to Erna and Herman Herbsleb. Bob graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio,Tx in 1964 and received his BBA from the University of Texas in 1969. Bob married Kassandra Barnes on September 5, 1969 and they lived together in San Antonio, Tx, before relocating to Corinth, Tx in 2004. He is survived by his wife Kassandra; two daughters, Kara Carter and husband, Jerry, and Lori Capps and husband, Michael; two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Carter and Ashley Carter. Bob had a passion for watching University of Texas athletics! He never missed a Texas Longhorn football game and was a season ticket holder for the last 35 years. He loved going on vacations with his family to Walt Disney World. Affectionately known as "Pa" by his granddaughters, he loved cheering them on at their soccer games.

I'd been in contact with Bob recently, talked with him about the reunion. He'd offered to help with whatever was needed. He was such a gentleman. I'm so sorry we won't have the opportunity to catch up in October as we'd planned. Rest in Peace.
