OBITUARY
JAMES V. ORBISON
From the Daily Press of Hampton Roads, Virginia

NEWPORT NEWS - James V. Orbison, 51, died Friday, July 28, 1995 in

Riverside Regional Medical Center. He had been a Peninsula resident

for the past 15 years.

Mr. Orbison retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1989 as a master

sergeant. Mr. Orbison was a veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and of Boy Scouts Troop 303.

He is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth A. Orbison of Newport

News; one son, Vincent I. Orbison of Newport News; his parents,

James J. and Mae A. Orbison of Alamogordo, New Mexico; one sister,

Caroll F. Morgan of Denton, Texas; and one brother, Thomas H. Orbison

of Anaheim, California.

The family will receive friends Sunday, 7 to 9 p.m. at Peninsula

Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, 1 p.m. in St.

Andrew's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Arlington National

Cemetery.
