It's with a heavy heart that I share the following with you. I found out this morning that one of my best friends since grade school has passed away. Charlie "Bird" Boland, whose birthday was on 2/1/24, passed away suddenly at the hospital due to complications related to cancer. Charlie wasn't feeling well and was taken to the ER by his older brother, Steve.

Charlie, you were a wonderful friend, a gentle giant. Until we meet again, I hope I notice your presence from time to time. God bless you.
