Mike graduated from Notre Dame. He earned post graduate degrees from the London School of Economics and Yale University. After living in Europe as a tour guide and director he began working with European countries to set up stock markets. His high blood pressure finally did him in and he passed away in Europe.

He researched his family history during college and found that Hobbs was a family name so changed his name then. It sure is easier to spell than Goscienski!  He will be remembered fondly by his friends and family. Gone way too early.
