We need volunteers for the planning committee. Who would like to help out and what role would you like to play?

Perfect. Once we get the first wave of brothers to sign up we can roll up our sleeves and start the planning process.

Planning is in the works with a few details by our first president, T.R. Sullivan, highlighted below.

1. An official list of who is attending.

Done! This new website does just that.

2. Tickets for the Jan. 14 game. We should be able to get a group rate from USF.

Tony B. will take care of this.

3. A relentless search for all brothers. T.R. will be in San Francisco in Sept. and will see if he can grab an alumni directory.

Everyone needs to continue to reach out for those frat bro's who are still not registered.

4. Hotel rooms - I don't think we need one official hotel as long as those out-of-town can get a good rate in the Union Square area. If someone can help with that, great.

Billy K's firm gets a good rate at Starwood Hotels. He could look into the Westin St Francis at Union Square.

5. Reunion dates are Jan. 13-15, with the 14th being the official reunion game at USF.

T.R. will be there for the Jan. 12 game as well if anybody wants to come in earlier.

6. Social agenda for Friday and Saturday.

7. Wives? No wives? Optional?

Suggest we have wives for part of the weekend, includig the USF game on January 14th, with one night out with just the brothers. We will use this site to send a survey to confirm everyones desires.
