DEBORAH ANN MAY RAPP Suddenly in San Leandro, CA on October 18, 2006. Lived in San Leandro all her life, she graduated from Lincoln High School. Age 43. Former manager at Wal-Mart in the pets and electronics departments. She is survived by her niece Nichole and nephew Tino (Buster) Rapp; also by her parents Marianne and Vern Parcell of San Leandro. Her uncle David Parsons of Alameda, CA and aunt Sharon Parsons of Orville, CA; cousins David Parsons, JR. (D.J.) of Arizona and Michael Parsons of Chico, CA. Best friend and longtime roommate Sharon Armstrong of San Leandro. Preceded in death by her grandparents Gertrude and Henry Parsons and sister Cheryl Lynn Rapp. No services were held. Arrangements made by the Neptune Society of Northern California, Castro Valley, CA.
